TITLE:Multi-omics method development: upgrading the "toolbox" for gene function research

ABSTRACT

In recent years, the integration and innovation of multi-omics technologies have significantly advanced the depth and breadth of gene functional research. This report focuses on the synergistic development and application of multi-omics methodologies, elucidating their strategic roles in deciphering gene regulatory networks, functional evolutionary mechanisms, and tissue-specific spatiotemporal expression patterns. By presenting representative case studies on drought stress responses using integrated multi-omics approaches, we highlight their unique advantages in constructing key gene interaction networks and deciphering metabolic pathways. Furthermore, we introduce a cloud-based modularized analytical framework that integrates standardized data processing, visual modeling, and intelligent prediction tools. This system establishes a one-stop solution from raw data to biological interpretation, providing efficient and precise technical support for plant functional genomics research.
