 Employment and Education

Shengli Zhang graduated from China Agricultural University in 2017 with a doctoral degree in Food Science and Engineering. From 2017 to 2021, he conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. From 2021 to 2022, he served as a researcher at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. Since February 2023, he has been working at the College of Agriculture and Biology at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, serving as a tenure-track associate professor and a doctoral supervisor.
